A Journey To Where We Are Now

Dated : 28th June, 2011

Granddad (opa) came to our city, picking up Oyoiy to go to my hometown. I was planning to continue my study and taking him with me, leaving his father alone back home :sad:.

We enjoyed every 'last' moment we could spend together (the three of us, plus opa). It was hard letting him go alone without me, and imagining that he would be there almost in a month without my presence. But it's okay son, mommy always thinks it is for our best :)

We told him every good thing to make him enjoy the flight without us, it's been many times we told him that he had to go with opa and that i would catch up with him as soon as i could finish my job, which would end arround 3rd of August.

He understood at first, but when he was about to go pass the boarding gate, he didnt want to leave. He just stood there, in the other side of the large window glass, shaking his head and saying he didn't want to leave. But i told him i promised i would be there soon, i was trying so hard for not crying myself out. Then there he went...

When we arrived home, it was so quiet without him. And i was so worried for his flight because i had been watching LOST those days. But in the evening, he landed in my hometown, safely.. :)

We flied to my hometown, my hubby accompanied me because he was worried about my pregnancy. It was a hard flight from Jakarta to Jogja, but we made it. In the arrival airport, i saw him there smiling so widely, very happy to see us. He was taller, thinner, and darker. He hugged me, and while walking he grab his dad's hand. What a lovely view :)

My hubby, Oyoy's dad, went back to our city. He should be there taking care of his job while we are sewing our dream here. Farewell hubby, we would miss you so much... Oyoy cried when he was in the airport, intending to go with his dad. And sometimes... he looked at me, making sure that i didn't cry either.

Weees... Papah

We bought some new computer games. And before that my hubby try to finish his Lost Planet for the second time. Though he played it for the second times, he already forgotten about the game, so it was a little bit confusing either for him to play it.
My son is a loyal watcher of my hubby when he played it, since watching his uncle playing Prince Of Persia, he became a huge fan of computer game, though what he could do was just watching (and asking to shoot too sometimes, he watched me playing Black Ops too, making the computer goes blank and shut down :nohope:).
After my hubby finished the game, he couldnt stop saying "Weeessss... papah, weeeesss.... papah..." which means more or less "wow...daddy, wow...daddy", lol
And he still saying that now when watching his father playing and doing some great stuff according to him.

Holiday #1

We went to have his hair cut in the nearest barbershop. There, his fave artist's song being played all the time, so he was just singing and acting as if he was in a stage while waiting for his turn.

Back to home, he took a bath, and i washed his hair to make sure there'll no haircut left on his body. After finishing his bath and got dressed, he asked whether his grandma and grandpa would come to visit us or not. Coz it was gonna be a long holiday he said, and in his previous holiday they visited him. Then i told him they probably couldnt make it because they have to spend every single cent to go "Naik Haji".

We went to Nek Uyut's House. We were so happy there.. Got some money from his aunty, then we went to PS to buy a new toy using the money given by his aunty. He was confused to choose what to buy, then he said : "If only his aunty didn't give him some money, of course he wouldn't be so confused how to spend it." Lol.

In the evening, i teached him to read using a new method i'd found. And he could do it, reading in front of his G (makes me proud of course *blink).

After finding his plate broken, i got so mad, then he said "It's ok ma, no need to think about it too seriously", then get back to play again *smile.

It's A Serious One

He's having holiday tomorrow, and will be accepting his report next monday. Can't wait to see his progress according to his teacher. But i know that he's doing good.

Taking a nap with him this afternoon, and wondering what sound that was, kind of murmuring voice. When i listened to it more carefully, i realised he was praying to our Lord, and mentioning that what he just said is a serious one.

"Ini serius Ya Alloh, bener..nian, ini serius Ya Alloh.."

Waking up, i already got ready to go. He asked to shake my hand, and asked me to stay close, and still. Then i told him that i have to work, for a better future, yes.. for our better future, son... :)
